New Online Classes Starting in May

Take a look at the vibe in this video...

I live with mental health challenges, like so many of us. My practices of art, writing, qigong and meditation (and therapy!) are the cornerstones of my connection to a continued sense of wonder and faith in this wild life. I invite you to join me in taking some nurturing time for yourself in your week. There is something for everyone and the classes have a sliding scale to help with affordability. No prior experience is necessary for any of the classes.

Brighten up your Spring!

Looking for an ongoing supportive group of creative and inquisitive women to be a part of? Weekly art prompts, short Qigong and guided meditation practice included to help us sink into our bodies. Register for Meditation and Art, Fridays from 10am-Noon, starting May 12th.

Looking to rediscover a creative practice as a form of mental health support? The class can be done on your own time with a private forum to connect with others. Based on Julia Cameron’s The Artist Way, utilizing 12 weeks of writing and visual art prompts. Register for Intuitive Art Community starting June 1st.

Looking to laugh and rediscover the joys of drawing? We will explore the wonderful drawing exercises of cartoonist Lynda Barry together. All you need is some paper, a pen and a pencil. Register for Drawing Without Fear, 3 Wednesdays in May, 10-11am.

More interested in experiencing the calming and centering activities of Qigong and meditation? Come join me in an intro class to these wonderfully supportive practices mid-week. By Donation. Register for Introduction to Qigong and Meditation on Wednesdays from 8-8:45am, starting May 3.
